I've scoured Priceline, and found a potential MR from 09/07 - 09/08 from SFO - FLL at 220.00.
Here is where I fall apart: I've also found the routing rules, listed for FLL - SFO, but have reversed them to fit SFO - FLL. Priceline, however, gives hordes of routing info. Here are some examples:
If there about 30 different FROM-TO routes listed, I can only pick one, yes?
If I were to pick the last one I copied here, could I fly SFO - PDX - IAD - FLL - BOS - IAH - ORD - SEA - SFO? Would that preserve the fare I found on Priceline? I ask because I tried to book a four-stop-in-either-direction set if flights on ITA and the fare was $309.00.
How does one go about booking these legs? I can only access so many slots on Orbitz, ITA, and UAL.com, and when calling the United reservations line, they informed I could only book six segments?
I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed . . . I'd appreciate if someone could critique my steps and guide me where I have failed.

Someone with more experience can answer this BUT I thought you did not get ff miles if you bought your ticket on Priceline. Perhaps that is only when bidding? I guess you are on the part of the site where you pick your airlines, times, etc?

Without diving in too deep right now, I can say that your best bet is to use ITA to find the available routings, and then try to duplicate it either at .bomb or Orbitz using their multi-city feature. If there are too many legs, leave out some hub cities.
I'll look it up on ITA as well and add some info in a minute.

Ah, thank you, all . . . Yes, I did not intend to book with Priceline . . . I just wanted to find out the routing info.
Oh, I forgot about omitting the hub cities . . . good point.
As well, just to reiterate, if Priceline lists twenty or so potential routing rules, I must only select one of the FROM - TO sets of cities, correct?
Thanks, again.

Sorry, one final question . . . this may not matter, but which FROM-TO choice should I choose? If I am flexible with time and I pick cities that will maximize the most miles, does one FROM-TO choice trump any other, or should all return the same variation on the price?
Sorry if that is poorly worded . . . I'm getting off work feeling ineloquent.

I went to .bomb, selected multi-city itinerary.
Entered SFO-DEN, DEN-PHL, PHL-FLL all on 9/7
FLL-CLT, CLT-IAD, IAD-SFO all on 9/8

In this case, I don't think that you need to really worry about the routing rules too much. In any case, you want to look at the routings and try to find the longest available for the best price (this is always a personal judgement call as to how you value cpm, chance of misconnect, chances for recovery from irrops, etcetera).
Go to ITA, enter SFO::UA UA UA+ on Sept 7, FLL::UA UA UA+ on Sept 8.
Also try SFO::UA UA UA UA+ and FLL::UA UA UA UA+.
Once you find the best route, go to .bomb and enter the segments. If you run out of space, cut out a hub.

It's a colloquialism for United.com :)

Being an FLL/MIA flyer, I do the opposite to what you are doing. I normally fly FLL-IAD-SAN-LAX-SFO-LAX-IAD-FLL. You can also add MRY between SFO and LAX for additional 500miles. As mentioned by other FTs, use the multiple city option to book this kind of itinerary.

Good to hear someone else is attempting this run. Thanks for the info!
