Upgrading upgrades
We know you’re busy – why worry about your upgrade? We’ve added even more features to our automated upgrade service. Not only are we processing your request more frequently (with faster results), we can now upgrade your e-ticketed reservation up to 330 days in advance when you book a Y or B fare.

Upgrades on board
We'll soon be making more upgrades to your onboard experience in Envoy Class, our business service across the Atlantic. Look for these improvements starting early 2008. Here's a snapshot of some of the improvements we're making:
Better meals, snacks and wine coming in January 2008
Fully adjustable, near lie-flat seats on our Boeing 767 fleet with moveable headrests, increased legroom (60"+ pitch) and 110V (adapter-free) AC power starting in December 2007, with all planes completed by February 2008
New personal entertainment units with audio and video on-demand on our 767s, also to be completed by February 2008
This compliments the improvements we made earlier this year to our seats and in-flight entertainment systems on the Boeing 757 fleet and the refreshed cabin interior with new sidewalls, dividers, overhead bin doors, lavatories and carpet on our Boeing 767 fleet.
New flavor in First Class
Starting August 1, enjoy our next flavor of Four Points® by Sheraton’s award-winning pie when we feature the all-American apple pie. We’ll offer a different flavor of their signature pie every two months – like pumpkin and Nuts About Fudge – so you’ll have even more variety onboard. We’ll serve the pie in First Class on all flights with meal service (flights over 3.5 hours departing between 6 AM and 7:30 PM). Now you can find the same simple pleasures in the air that you get with Four Points by Sheraton.
Y B ordinary? Be Preferred!
Book and fly in Y or B class of service through August 31, 2007 and earn a 50% mileage bonus that counts toward Preferred status. It's a great way to get a head-start on your Preferred status for next year. Pre-registration is required. Learn how to qualify.
