I found a good fare (considering I'm in South America) to add miles to my account .
It was the best route I could found (by try & error) .
After reading many threads about MR in the forum , I know is not a good value (about 0.05 / mile) but from here , it is a good value.
I read the fare rules (by the way is the QL0L1U) and I didn't find the routing rules and the MPM either.
Is there any way of having the routing rules to maximize the trip ?
Thanks in advance for your help .
Regards.
Carlos.

Personally 5 cents per EQM for International Mileage Run is not too bad. Most of low-end MRs are US domestic.

It's good to hear that 5 cents is not too bad for International.
Thank you .

EZE-JFK-MIA-ORD-LAX - 9313 miles (Great Circle Mapper)

I think the total mileage is very close to 20%-over of MPM (8842 miles) with Ticketed Point Deduction. You can add extra 5% (368 miles) by adding $14 or so per direction, but I am not certain if it's worth ... In other words, you already maxed out.

I recommend:
EZE-DFW-JFK-LAX or EZE-DFW-DCA-JFK-LAX because of premier transcon (JFK-LAX) although the former is a few hundred mile less than your original itinerary.

Hello!

Just remember that since this is a Q Fare it does not points or miles towards status and is not upgradeable.

Peace!

The information was only 1/2 wrong. Correct it will earn points and miles - I was thinking Europe, but it is still not upgradeable. My apologies. As a rule, I just stay away from Q and O fares internationally since I was burned before.

Peace!

I had the same concern , so ,I did a more carefully reading of the T & C and I also asked AA CSR . They confirmed : Q fares from / to South America earn miles.
Thanks for the advice.
