I have a brand new Tumi Generation 4 Rollerboard I received as a gift but would like to "trade in" and buy a couple of pieces of Briggs and Riley luggage. Does anyone know of a luggage store that carries both and might be willing to take a return on something they didn't sell (I can only guess) as credit towards a larger purchase?

Sell it on eBay & then take the cash & buy B&R. I can't imagine any store taking a return on something they didn't sell. Cheers.

PS - What are you going to tell the person who gave you the Tumi? Won't they notice you don't have it anymore? Can you subtly find out where they bought it & maybe go to that store for the exchange.
