I don't think the (c) on your pix counts for much.

While comprising only 0.03% of the Earth's surface, Costa Rica's geographic position, two coasts and mountainous system, providing numerous and varied micro-climates, contain nearly 4% of the total plant and animal species worldwide. Costa Rica was once 99 percent forested, but forest cover has steadily diminished from 85 percent in 1940 to around 35 percent today.
This kitten was an evil genius. It found us at the summit of Mt Taal in the Philippines, and wove between out feet as we clambered round the edge of the caldera. Presumably to trip us, make us fall, and feast on us come nightfall...
This gull impressed me. Mostly by how clean it is. You can tell it's Californian.

In spite of the slightly blown highlights (and they were unavoidable to get the shot), this picture of mother and children is one of my better wildlife photos:
Edited to add: Taken with my old Canon Digital Ixus 440 (sadly dropped in an incident involving an ant in Sydney :().

Taken at St. Barts. Just about the time I tried to get a second shot, a wavelet came and washed it away. It was about the size of my palm.
My first clue that this was a tough monkey could have been that he had lost an eye. Instead I waited for him to attack me to clue in. Beast. He looked much happier after he had scored a banana off someone else.

This guy had just finished dragging his kill up into the tree and was taking a break. I was about 10-15 feet away from him in the Land Rover.
Not exactly "wild", but the only photo I have access to while traveling.
I fiddled with resizing on photobucket. Once you shrink, there's no going back? (I don't want this thread to turn into Q & A, so someone could quickly answer my question via PM.)
Many thanks, Gargoyle.

This crafty monkey successfully broke into our jeep and started eating our lunch!
An awesome photo of the Costa Rican frog, and a very interesting note. I have learned something today. Thank you.

Here are two shots of a very strange-looking bird that lives in a manmade lagoon in my neighborhood. Is it a cross between an albino goose and ?? - what? a chicken? a turkey? Saw it swimming one day, and it certainly didn't swim like either a duck or a goose but more like a chicken walks -- head bobbing forward and back as it jerked along in the water. The neighbors say that it has been around for several years now.

From a recent trip to Ecuador. LOTS of hummingbirds, thanks to the feeders at the place we stayed. Some other birds, too, like this guy having a light breakfast:
Probably my best wildlife shot.... This Alligator (http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=22713499&size=m&context=set-532262) in the Okefenokee Swamp

Not sure if this will work, but will give it a try.
Here's Dexter, my beagle, from when I brought him to work and threw him into the portrait studio for a few minutes. He's a rescued dog who spent his first eight months of puppyhood working in a local pet food laboratory. At 17" and 57 lbs, he obviously got (at least) his fair share of food to taste before he retired and came to live with us.
