ITA sometimes identifies great fares for complex routes involving several airlines and featuring unlimited free(or sometimes paid) stopovers.

The problem is how to ticket such an itinerary without spending hours on the phone discussing the rules with Travelocity, Expedial or Orbitz.

I am seekng a Travel Agent who is experienced with international travel who can take the ITA recommendation and ticket it at a reasonable fee. Preferably, I would like to (after establishing initial contact and providing essential info regarding passport, credit cards, etc) just e-mail the ITA recommendation and then sit back and wait for the ticket.

Location in the USA is not important.

Any suggestions/recommendations?

Many thanks

I believe you're seeking a TA, not seeing one. :)

Most any travel agent can book your tickets, AFTER you fax the DETAILS page from ITA. Most likely there will be a charge (usually about $25.00 per ticket). I have used three different ones here in PHX to book complicated Asia itineraries I put together on ITA. They have USUALLY gotten about the same prices for the same flights.
