I searched and found a thread mentioning this website (http://www.adr.it/content.asp?Subc=1641&L=3&idMen=204) which says avg connection time is 45 mins. I am arriving Intra EU at 10:10am in CIA (flying Central Wings) and am looking to connect to FCO to fly to Venice (with AirOne). I have two options 1 is at 12:45pm and the other is at 5:20pm.
So the question is, am I cutting it too close connecting from a 10:10am flight in CIA to a 12:45pm flight out of FCO? Anyone with experience?
Thanks in advance,
E

It's certainly cutting it close - probably more of a risk than I would take, but it's theoretically possible.
It looks like the Schiaffini bus starts service at 11am, so assuming you get the first bus, it leaves on-time, and doesn't get stuck in traffic, you'll be at FCO by 1145.
If you don't make the first bus and the 1245 flight, it's probably quicker to take the train from CIA to Venice (with a connection at termini), unless you wanted to spend the afternoon in Rome.

Is there a quicker connection possible? I am only spending 1 night in Venice so want to max my time there - that is why not looking at train. Alternatively does anyone know of another airline flying domestic Italy that doesnt cost an arm and a leg - i've found AirOne to be reasonable @ about 320 to 350 Euro roundtrip.

Is there any way to change your Central Wings ticket to a flight that goes to Venice? (where are you flying from?). The change fee (or buying a new ticket into VCE) may be similarly priced to the FCO-VCE ticket, and will save time.

cant change the flight or buy new one since they dont fly to VCE :( not from KRK or anywhere else in Poland :( looking into just scrapping this flight and taking another totals around $1K for that option.

Have you looked at SkyEurope airlines? They fly from KRK to TSF (Treviso), which is about 30km outside of Venice (there's bus service from TSF into Venice). SkyEurope doesn't fly every day, so it may not work for your itinerary, but I thought I'd mention it just in case you haven't seen those flight options.
