I am a Chairmans and do not get E-mails from the Service Center. My family members, including a Silver, receive their E-mails. Are any others having this problem? On Feb 14 there were an e-saver, and the Merger Update emails that I did not receive. The problem has been going on for at least 4 months.

I too am having the problem, they say we need to change it in our profile. Apparently you need to subscribe to everything in order to get the emails.

Exactly. And then they'll send you an email whereby you open it and then confirm your subscriptions.
The email in your profile that alerts you to upgrades is NOT in the same field as the email that sends you e-savers, etc. You have to go in and populate that field on its own then confirm once you are contacted to do so.

Since the cutover last June, I have gotten not persoanlized email or elite email despite calling the CP Desk four times. IT just can't or won't add my email to my profile despite requests from the CP Desk. so when they do mass mailings without FT I would never know about them.
That being said the lists for esavers etc. that are shown in my profile, I get regularly as they are not part of your profile and anyone can subscribe to them.
I have given up even hoping that IT will add even a button to change my email in the profile area so I can add an email address and see it that works. You can change everything on your profile, but the email address right now.
It this type of ineptness that has me not flying US so far this year, but I am going to break down and take my first flight in a couple of weeks.:td:

I have had spam blockers filter out USAirways stuff. Might want to check that too.

I actually get too many emails from US - every friggin new offer in the shopping mall is being emailed to me now!

AND US knows it, but either does not have the talent or can't seem to get around to correcting it after almost eight months and four contacts.
For those of us with this problem, when we go into our account, US' IT Department next to the email address shows a blank space. If you try to use the update fucntion, the update page does not have a place to update your email. You can change your address and phone number, but not your email. It is another IT stupid web design issue. The problem is for those of us who were converted back in June was that during the conversion IT dropped our email address. They seem to have no way of manually correcting their problem.
Tempe doesn't see that frustration of their good customers leads them to move their business elsewhere. We are now approaching 18 months post merger. There is no excuse for this. If they can't get the talent in Tempe, move IT headquarters elsewhere where talent can be found. As much as I hate to say it, CCY had a better website even if it was contracted out. It at least fucntioned.
All other separately subscribed US lists are shown below your account profile. These come flying through-- if spam filter issue they would not.

FWIW the most recent merger update email at the bottom said it was sent to users with "News and Offers" email subscriptions. That may be the issue for some users (though clearly not the ones posted above).

No offense, but this CP hasn't gotten his card yet, but then last year it took two calls and two months to get it in late July!!!
