I am going on business to Brazil in May and will extend my stay and travel to EZE for an intensive Spanish language course. I would like to take an intensive course over one to two weeks about 6h/day, preferably one-to-one classes (could be mixed one-to-one and group).
Does anyone have any recommendations of schools/institutions?

FTer Airoli took on last October, and had several good comments on it. I'm sure he'd be fine w/ sharing his take on it. (I know, because I'm keen on a similar endeavor, and talked with him about his experience last fall as well).

I understand that Lenguas Vivas has intensive courses especially designed for short-term residents. Sorry, I dont have a link handy.
Decided to pull the trigger and do it this June. Have checked out some spanish lessons on CD to go thru in my car on the way to/from work until then. Looking forward to a month (maybe longer!) in Buenos Aires!!!

Good for you.... try to see if you can catch some spanish TV... this will also help a lot. This should not be very hard in the US if you have a good cable TV provider.

Absolutely. That, and listening to the spanish radio station. The local grocery store also started stocking Malbec again :D Nowhere near as good as your offerings, to be sure, but at least it's a start.

Glad to hear Malbecs are in town for you again.... if you tell me what they are offering, I can help you choose what I think may be the better stuff... :D
