Where would I find Acer compatible laptop batteries. My Acer's battery has always never lasted more than 1.5 hours. I am looking for something in a more long lasting battery.

Ebay is the best thing for those kind of things... and you can even pick-up MLL certificates at the same time!

I thought they have this type of stuff at the Future Shop? :confused: My colleague just got his there two days ago.

If you want to walk into a store and buy it, try OTA on University or Compusmart...there is one at Yonge and Richmond.

The stores on College west of Spadina compete on all items. There is one that specializes in parts for laptops on the south side half a block west of Spadina. You can also check the web sites of Sonnam, Canada Computers, Factory Direct, CTY and ROT, to name a few. They have large selections. Sonnam is on Spadina.

While such general questions usually are best sited in Travel Technology, because the o.p. is looking in a specific locale am moving this to the Toronto forum after consultation with one of the AC forum's moderators.
