I tried searching, but couldn't find any relevant posts.

I would like to do a 'month-long search' on ITASoftware.com for lets say, the Y fare.

Is this possible using the ITA Route language or some other tool. Please help.

XXX:: YY /f bc=Y
YYY:: YY /f bc=Y

This should be in the sticky, the YY is the carrier code if you want to specify it.

Thanks for the info. It could be a temporary problem, but I get the following error message ...

Error Encountered

An error occurred when we tried to process the last link that you clicked on. Errors like this occur for one of the following reasons:

* Someone sending you e-mail with a link to our site in the mail message, but failing to copy the entire text of the link
* E-mail programs that inadvertently add characters to the link when a link wraps across two lines
* Trying to modify the text of a link by hand
* A bug in our software

A report of this error has been sent to us here at ITA Software, which we will examine carefully. If the error is due to a bug in our software, you can be sure we are working to fix it as soon as possible.

Thank you very much!

IIRC, ITA can't do fare search in a month-long search. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I'd like to be wrong on this one!

This is right, except that you probably want YY+, unless you're only interested in nonstop YY flights.

Thanks for the info. It could be a temporary problem, but I get the following error message ...

There is a long-standing bug that prevents clicking through from the calendar when you've restricted the fare class in the month-long search. But the numbers in the calendar should be correct. Unfortunately, until we get around to fixing that bug, you'll have to use the amounts in the calendar to guide you and do a second single-day search on the days you're interested in.

(if there's anybody out there who'd like to fix it themselves, see: http://www.itasoftware.com/careers/jlisting.html?jid=4)

I have been receiving the above mentioned error message every time I choose the button to select individual flights rather than whole trips. It's not a month long search, but rather specific dates. this ha been happening for weeks. Any ideas? tried to do a search but couldn't find anything
