The email address seems to be generic one, but I'm sure that if you pick up the phone and ask about the best way of contacting the manager they will tell you, or at least give you his/her name.

Now, now... I was hoping that some experienced traveler might have some inside info (email address) that is not available on google or their website.

Calling the hotel would be my next step but that doesn't always work.

I have an internal email address from being double-billed with the title "Shift Leader". Not sure if that would help. If you'd like it, just PM me.
