Sorry if this question should be obvious, but FT and google searches have not helped. Interested in mapping some addresses in Buenos Aires for an upcoming trip. Michelin, Google maps, expedia all not helpful. Does anyone know an on-line map source for this area??

Gracias, although my extremely limited Spanish seems to be hampering my ability to use the site effectively!

This is one online resource that is still very much in its infancy here... which is most unfortunate. The only one that works that I know of is one that the city of Buenos Aires has set up, please view it here:

Gaucho100K, what am I doing wrong? Trying to map the Aqua Vita Spa at 1965 Arenales. Put the address in to the box that said "calle". Don't know what the intersection is and have no idea what "altura" is. Looked it up in a free translation site and it said "level". Help :D ! (Speak some French but no Spanish unfortunately.)

Try this one ... better if you know the area code though (many duplicate street names in BA)
Some of these resources are OK, but what I really miss is a proper interactive online map resource like whats available in the USA.... something where you can map optimum routings by car and also walking, etc.
There is/was? one company from Chile that was working on this for the main cities of South America, but I cant seem to find their website anymore.... at first they had some serious database issues, but they had promised me they would fix them. I sent them a couple of comment emails and they were very professional about responding to them..... if anybody can find their website, I think it would be a great resource.
