Unfortunately the cheapest and the fastest aren't usually the same option....

I don't think there are any direct buses between the two airports. I know this company does transport via Milan Central Station:

(note that only parts of the site have English translation). Alternatively you could take the bus to Milan, and the train from there, which will cut down on travel time a bit. Train link: http://www.malpensaexpress.it/

All in all, I'd allow for plenty of time, as it will likely take you several hours to transfer.
