No, I'm not a shill for these guys. They just keep sending me emails because we flew with them earlier this year. Anyhow, here's their latest deal.
Book by Dec.31, fly Jan 2 through March 24.
I don't know if it's all flights or just selected ones, but for intra-Europe travel their prices seem to be pretty good, and the no taxes/fees thing ("what you see is what you pay") makes it a fairly good deal.
Check it out. (http://www1.skyeurope.com/eu/Default.aspx?ext=1376)

Thanks OP!
I booked AMS-KRK for 6 Euros all-in and AMS-PRG for 10 Euros all-in. I have travelled with SkyEurope before, nothing special but it gets you there and back for a great price. Thanks again.

Thanks for the news.
However, I am not able to book these flights. No matter which browser I use (IE/FF), the booking process never reaches the second step. I can choose the destination and the desired date, but after clicking on 'Seach Now', nothing happens. I tried it with two different computers.
Has anbody experienced the same? Any idea to fix that?
Thanks, Fab

This happened to me but I just wait and booked few hours later.
If anything, you can call them directly. I'd buy one of the phone cards you can find at a convenience store. For about $2 you can talk for almost an hour.
That's what I did when I had a question about the SkyShuttle between BTS and VIE. The CSR was friendly, though spoke limited English. I also used the phone card to call my European hotels directly. (to request a specific room, ask about their tours, etc)

I was in VIE in Jan this year I think it was and there was a whole load of very unhappy people who had booked to fly to VIE and been taken to Bratislava and then bus to VIE and they had missed their flight. BEWARE

AFAIK, SkyEurope is very clear that they fly you to Bratislava and from there it's a cab, bus, whatever to Vienna. I think they also run their own bus service.
Try flying Ryanair to "Paris" and finding out you wind up at Beauvais. :)

It's a shuttle, called SkyShuttle.

Sky Europe is indeed very clear, and unlike Ryanair, Wizzair and the likes, they normally fly to/from main airports, so Amsterdam is Schiphol, Brussels is Zaventem, Rome is Fumicino, and Paris is Orly.
From 27 March they start operating to/from the real Vienna ^
