There is a large kiosk near baggage-claim. Look through them while you are waiting for your bags to come off. IIRC, most are buy-one-get-one type coupons.

Also, check out the resort channel (or whatever it is called) in your hotel room. Shop around, and you can get some really good deals. (I was lucky; Mrs. AZ would check out the channel and follow up on any deals to determine if they were really good, and if there were any strings attached {like time-share presentations, etc.}).

Agree about the Entertainment book. Otherwise, the coupon books around are pretty much useless advertising scams to me. Either in terms of things I wouldn't want, places I wouldn't want to go to, etc.

I suggest doing research on the best of Honolulu, online at honoluluweekly.com and also look at stuff at honoluluadvertiser.com and tripadviser.com. That way you can make the money you spend be on quality you'll enjoy and remember, and not just 2 for 1 yuck.
