I'm looking to book a Kapalua Bay Villa fairly last minute. I haven't found availability for anything suitable on VRBO or through Ridge Realty. Sullivan Properties has one unit available that appears to be quite nice from the pictures on their website. Does anyone have any experience dealing with Sullivan and, if so, are they reputable and easy to deal with?

This will be our second year renting from them, and we haven't had any problems.
The units were as pictured/described. We've also rented from KGV directly, and haven't noticed much of a difference in quality.
What unit are you renting? I may have additional info for you.

We're looking at B24B2 in the Bay Villas. It looks nice on the website.
Oops, I misread your original post. I don't know anything about the Bay Villas. Sorry about that. If you're considering any of the Golf Villas, I may have other info.
