View Full Version : Place to sleep at the new Bangkok airport?

I'm flying into Suvarnabhumi Airport at midnight next month, and leaving on another flight at 6am. I don't have time to find a cheap guesthouse in such a short time.

Does anybody know if they have sleeping rooms that you can pay for by the hour? If not, do they have comfortable benches to crash on? I only have time for about 3.5 hours of sleep, but I'd like it to be as relaxing as possible. Don Muang Airport was horrible that way, with only those molded plastic seats that were about as relaxing as a bed of nails.

Back in 1995, Sydney Airport in Australia had wonderful benches to sleep on. :)

Welcome to FlyerTalk Fanglord !

Looks like there is already a thread about day rooms at the airport in the Thailand Forum.

Being new you may not have realized that is where you are more likely to get a good answer, so I am moving the thread there.

Oh, here's the thread (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=610646).

Thanks for understanding !
