I currently have Skypass with KE but can i redeem those miles on other skyteam airlines such as delta or nwa? KE website doesn't really address about redeeming flights within U.S. Also who do I call to make that reservation delta or ke? Thanks.

Yes, you can redeem your miles on Skyteam airlines. I believe you would have to call KE since your FF account is with KE.
