Sheraton best, then Hilton. Both are onsite, though Sheraton is closer.

Without any doubt, Sheraton is your choice.

during my MAD-LHR-AMS-BOS-MSP-RAP flight, i took a night at the Crowne Royal Plaza. Very enjoyable.

I would say sheraton easily, but perhaps Plat at Marriott would be better than no status at the Sheraton? But still, that Sheraton is a great hotel.
