best traveller's hostel in either Laguna, Newport or Huntington beach

What is the best traveller's hostel in either Laguna, Newport or Huntington beach (in Orange county) just south of Los Angeles, California?

I'm looking for a dormitory for about 20-25US/night.

Just in case, I can't find anything in Laguna beach, is there a youth hostel (with dorm) in Long Beach?
