I have 4100 miles on HW, can I use them for anything or transfer them anywhere?

I had the same dilemma. I had 8000 miles, but you can only transfer in 5000 mile increments. I've been working my way slowly up to 10,000 to clear it out. You should do the same.
Possible promotions to get you over the top of the 5000 magic barrier are the 1000 mile puzzle promotion and the 500 mile PIN promotion. You should be able to find details farther down.
My suggestion is use 5,000 to transfer to Hilton HHonors.
Try to get the remaining 3,000 up another 2,000 by hotel stays, car rentals, etc. and then transfer to Hilton again!
