I just got my monthly statement from Hawaiian Airlines the other day, and there is an offer to receive 500 miles just for requesting your PIN online.
The rules state that the promotion is from May 1st until June 31st. PIN's that were issued in the past 12 months are NOT eligible for the bonus miles, and new members who have joined within the past 12 months are also NOT eligible for the bonus miles.
