Just check Travelocity that HNL-OGG RT is about $160.00. I remembered last time I visited Hawaii, the hotel offerred something like $59.00 OW to OGG if you purchased the ticket at the hotel. Is that still the case? Should I wait to book cheap ticket in Honolulu hotel or book online? I am traveling on the Memorial Day weekend.

You can buy HA "coupons" at almost any travel agency in HI. Another way is to use a debit or credit card in a Bank of Hawaii ATM machine. Theoretically you should be a HI resident to use these.There are many of these B of H ATM's in the HNL airport or in local malls etc. Current pricing is about $62-$66 for a one way inter-island trip. Enjoy the nice islands.

Aloha Airlines gives AAA 30% discount if you can't locate an ATM. You can buy interisland coupons from Hawaiian travel agencies at discount too.

Thank you. I do have plenty AA and NW miles, but I am flying on paid CO ticket. Looking thru AA website, it seems to me that 5,000 mile reward must combine with an AA flight, otherwise it's 10,000 miles. Is that right?
