This has to be one of the loneliest programs on here. Let me hear from you . . . any comments, questions, compliments or complaints that you have about HawaiianMiles I am anxious to hear.

Sorry, I've only flown them twice, and the last time was about eight years ago. No problems however. I usually fly Aloha and never even got a chance to try Mahalo Air or whatever that once new and fast bankrupt carrier was called. They ran props I think for about one year!

My comments ONLY apply to the interisland flights. I like them the same as Aloha. I like them better than Southwest (but maybe that is just because of where they are flying). That might start some conversation from all those SW lovers.

Flew them F class over July 4th from Seattle to HNL. Nice folks...interesting food (hawaiian cuisine). Planes are old AA DC-10's. Still have the American interiors. Overseas seat pitch is comfortable. First class quite interesting. Very few seats sold, so when you get to check-in there's a big sign offering upgrades on any fare to F for $300. No takers, so they put all the overbooks from coach in the compartment (happened both ways). It ends up with a bunch of happy folks in cutoffs and bodyshirts, who go nuts when they discover the booze is free, running around, having a great time for 5 hours. No need for a movie....it's "Animal House" live and direct. Save your money and fly United.

Well, gee whiz, I think I'd rather save my money, skip United, and possibly get a cheap or free upgrade to 1st on HA (a few happy or rowdy people notwithstanding)!

I flew 1st on HA in 1995 when AA had an award sale of 75,000 miles for 2 seats INCLUDING 1st class connections from DC to the west coast on AA and one interisland rountrip on HA. I found the whole experience wonderful, including the Hawaiian cuisine served on HA. AA has had similar deals in recent years, however they do not seem to include the connecting flights (in any class).

Never from the mainland, just several interisland flights. Although they were unremarkable, I have no complaints. I do remember one of the gate agents in Hilo had a terrible attitude problem, but I don't think that should reflect poorly on the airline as a whole. "I'm sorry, sir, you can't take live Nene's aboard as your carry-on."

Whatever. Sheesh.
