I made Ulisse six weeks ago, nothing yet. Only acknowledgement was when I logged into alitalia.com, I noticed the Ulisse logo in the upper right. I'll make Freccia Alata in Nov., hope they send me the card.

Well i have an Italian address but i was sent a black leather bag tag and a small Ulisse card (without my name on it... can write on the back) and a regular size Ulisse card with name and all.

The FA kit contains a welcome letter, your card and another leather luggage tag, which is a dark red color. Nothing to get excited about, I'm afraid.

Nothing to get excited about, I'm afraid.That's better than the DL Plat kit- welcome letter, your card, plastic luggage tags, and wallpaper. (i.e. PMU's, upgrade certs which are useless for most of us). Oh, DL does give a few drink certs with Gold and Plat, to make up for the fact that they charge $5 for drinks in Y.

I'd rather get the Italian leather luggage tag.

I made Freccia Alata in late November. My card just arrived today, in an envelope postmarked Budapest. Just the card and a letter, no luggage tag.

I had e-mailed them a week ago about it, and the letter says "following your request, I am pleased to enclose your Freccia Alata Card..." so perhaps they did send a kit which got lost and this is a replacement. I would hope the cards normally go out in less than 2.5 months.

Whatever, the luggage tag isn't important, but I wanted the card before taking some flights later this month, so I'm :)

Turned Ulisse the 3rd week of Nov on a CO flight.Status updated online by mid Dec.Got the kit at my Italian address 2nd or 3rd week of January.Card,letter and luggage tag.

I became FA in December, but did not receive the FA kit until today. It was posted from France. Enclosed was a letter, the gold card, and a small leather Alitalia wallet. Nothing impressive.

a leather (?) credit card etui, I got two of them, since AZ did not manage to send my Freccia Alalta in time. (So I have 2 FA cards now as well....)

Yes I got both luggage tag and small leather AZ 6 cc case with my Ulisse card. Not too bad...
