They responded to me last week. It took 4-5 days, and they didn't make me happy...but at least they answered.

Sure. It usually takes several days, but I've sent them two e-mails recently. On the first one they sent me a written response by mail. The second time, they responded by e-mail. Make sure you are including your Choice Privileges number with your e-mail.

Even Hilton Honors special Diamond emails don't get answered for 24+ hours.

I've emailed thrice, and haven't received a response once. However, I didn't include my Choice privileges number, so maybe that's why...
