Greetings, just wondered if these airlines offer status match programme for their FF programmes?

At least for Qatar: No, they donīt.
I have talked to them before starting to use their service on the TXL-DOH-HKG route and they did not match from any other airline. But two C class longhaul RT`s Europe-Asia get you to Gold anyway....
BTW, QMiles is a great programm!

I can confirm Berlinflyer.
I tried to talk myself into their Silver status due to being Chairman 100K on US Airway with Star Alliance Gold status. Was told that they do not status match with any airline as well.
Will make Silver anyway next week by flying QR again this year.
Not sure if I can advance to Gold though because some Asia travel in economy

Previous threads have included comments that Etihad does not status match. Whether this changes under boss CEO James Hogan - a topic for future threads? ;)

I was wondering if both Berlinflyer and eurousair can comment on Qatar's business class seats. I am going LHR-DOH-CPT next month and curious for feedback.

Can someone clarify exactly what QR Status Miles are?
Same as Qmiles but without tier bonus? or also without cabin bonus - website is really clear about it.

Qatar's FF program has one bis disadvantage: You can only upgrade from Y to J and NOT from J to F. :td:
Completely useless for me in this case, even though Gold status is very easy to obtain.
Berlinflyer and myself have both posted trip reports on QR Business Class.
