Never been in PHL before. Next month I'll arrive in a flight from Dominican Rep, and my connection time is around 1 hour and 30 minutes, without calculating any delay. Is it enough time for immigration, baggage claim, customs? Do they have a special line for FC on TSA screening?

Only if you are extremely lucky! Where are you connecting to? You will arrive in A-West. Most domestic departures leave from B or C and US Express departs from F and the walk is far to B and C and then you need a bus to get to F. There is a FC security line, but even so I think you are likely to misconnect. Is there another flight to your ultimate destination leaving later? If so you can always hope for the best and catch the later flight if you miss. If that is the last flight, you might want to have a hotel reservation as a backup.

I believe the SDQ flight arives at A-East and the LAS flights all usually depart from B - which is adjacent to A-East. You should'nt have a problem with the connection even though it's tight, unless the flight is late. Most of the heavy trans-Atlantic arrival traffic should have cleared Customs/Immigration prior to your 1830 arrival. After you clear Customs. make certain that you immediately follow the signs for Domestic Baggage Re-check and re-check your bags to LAS. You're then free to transit to Terminal B - no more than a 10 minute walk and the TSA ogres.

As Dukeman suggests, 90 minutes is a potentially tight connect for any international flight from any airport, especially if your flight arrival is delayed or other minor issues pop up. The good news is that if the LAS flight departs B terminal, you don't have a huge distance to scurry if things do get tight.
All international arriving pax must first reclaim their bags at A-west and recheck them. Once again, the good news here is that baggage handling at PHL A-west is most usually smooth and timely. Once through passport control, get your bags and queue for customs ( middle-front exit at baggage ). Once clear of customs, proceed some 150 feet & bear to your right and queue in the baggage recheck lines. If things are flowing normally that night, you should be queuing up to recheck your bags within 30 to 40 minutes of stepping off the plane -- tight, but hopefully managable.
Have a nice trip.

Thanks!
I've lost my connecting time in EWR twice because the baggage didn't come out in time, and last week lost my connection in MIA because Immigration is extremely slow there, so It looks like If things flow normally @ PHL I will catch the flight. Thanks for your advices.
