I made a res today using it. The agent told me I had to send it in. I see on the T&C, "Ticket(s) must be purchased with your US Airways Visa card and certificate must be surrendered prior to travel. Failure to provide the certificate to US Airways by the required deadline will result in cancellation of the entire reservation for all parties." Where do I send it in to? Can I just go to the TA at PHL and give it to someone there?

The T&C also say, "Valid on all flights operated by US Airways and US Airways Express carriers Chautauqua, Mesa, Piedmont, and PSA. Not valid on other US Airways Express carriers including Colgan, Trans States, and Air Midwest unless connecting to or from US Airways." My concern here - my first leg of the trip - PHL-IAH is serviced by Republic, if I am not mistaken. Does it apply there?

When you made the reservation the agent should have given you an address to mail it to. However you really dont need to mail it in. I have made and flown several flights with the comanion cert. I have never mailed it and I have never had my res cancelled. You have the option of handing it in at the airport or mailing it to Winston-Salem. But like I said, it really makes no difference.
