PHL has a 1st class line through security, so you should be OK with 45 min-1 hour. Go with an hour if you are checking bags, and have a preflight beer in the Independence Pub.

i always cut it close and have yet (knock on wood, to miss a flight) I get there 15 mins before boarding.. If I get stuck, I like the Jet cafe for beer..

Fastest way is the curbside check-in, by far. Very few people use it! I'm not sure, but I think you need to have an e-ticket.

It's Philly and you're checking a bag. You never know what to expect. Give yourself at least an hour.

PHL's policy is checked bags 45mins prior to departure. Go inside that, and they may force you onto the next flight.
