On ITA, I'm getting the following error about 75% of the time now:
We're sorry, we were unable to process your request. Please try again later.
Even if the searches are not that complicated, like month-long search for SFO-YYZ on AA.
If anybody has any workarounds please post, or if this has been covered in a previous thread please appropriately direct me.

I get that error all the time too. Just keep trying the search until it goes through.

Same here. Usually trying it 4-6 times works for me. Guess it's when ITA gets a lot of traffic, but I get the problem in the middle of the morning as well.
I know this thread is almost two years dormant, but SEARCH picked it up, and also this thread (I have read both threads in their entirety):

ITA is 100% of the time giving me: We're sorry, we were unable to process your request. Please try again later.
I have logged out and logged back in. I have logged back in under my own username instead of guest. I can get no where with ITA.
Since I no longer know HOW to buy tickets without ITA, can someone please help me figure out how to get ITA to price a simple little request (multi-city) that I need to buy a ticket off of today?

Ah! Hopefully it's getting fixed -- the search page is now showing:
The ITA beta site is currently offline for maintenance.
Sorry for this inconvenience. Thanks for using our site.

Grrr, don't make me go use pOrbitz. :-(

I don't get the offline/maintenance message, but ITA is still broken as originally reported.
I emailed ITA, so no need for anyone else to do so and clog up their day.

I feel your pain! :( In an emergency, I like Kayak ... it has decent filterering options of your results like ITA does.
Have I read somewhere about an ITA page just for FlyerTalkers? I wonder if that's down too?
Trouble seems to be cleared now
Thanks ITA!
