seems decent, although I wouldn't be crazy about the dining choices.
perhaps because the off season is coming soon?

Price seems about right for this time of year, and note that it's for mid-week only, not for weekends. Room will be cityview (ie., no view of the Falls), but if you're HHonors Gold or Diamond, you can ask for an upgrade to a fallsview room, which offers great views of at least one, or possibly both sets of falls. No guarantees on the upgrade if the hotel is busy (usually is) but it doesn't hurt to try, as the fantastic views of the falls are worth it. If not, you're less then a block away from walking to the falls, and half a block from the new casino/hotel complex. (We'll be staying at the Niagara Fallsview Casino Hotel this Wednesday in a comped room!!)
Manager's reception is okay, nothing special, and both restaurants are overpriced (but I'd go with the Keg vs. TGIF, if you want to have dinners there).
Breakfast buffet is usually packed, but offers a good choice of food, including made-to-order eggs.
Parking at the ES is $20 CAD per day (plus taxes) so figure that into your costs. One way around that charge is to park at the casino, get a players club card there, so the casino parking is free, and then walking over to the ES half a block away.
Suggest you search on the Hilton forums on FT for many more threads on the ES Niagara Falls.
Have a good trip.
