Does anyone know if the Cologne welcome card will take me to Bruhl on the train?
I can't seem to work out if it will go that far & if it's only valid for off peak travel or all times?

Due to the homepage of Cologne Tourism, it is valid in the whole Verkehrsverbund Rhein Sieg (VRS - www.vrsinfo.de) and during the whole day. So you might be able to travel to Brühl with this card.
