My boss is getting married next month. One of the VP’s on his staff wanted me to look into venues in the Toronto Canada area to hold a bachelor party while they are up there for a trade show. I’m looking for recommendations to places like jazz clubs, martini bars, etc. Nothing loud, young, typical (aka strip clubs – NO). They will be staying at the Westin Harbour Castle, so I would also like to keep the venue within a reasonable distance. Thanks so much.

There are _many_ to choose from.

This one is about 5 mins away from the Westin HC.

Hop in a cab for a ten minute ride over to the area of King street a few blocks west of Yonge (near Peter Street). Loads of bars/restaurants/entertainment venues in that area. Fun, lively, current, but generally not "x-rated". The Harbour Castle is a fine hotel, but just a tad far to walk to some of the nightlife areas....although its perfectly safe and theoretically do-able. The place suggested by the previous poster would also be in the same general area. If memory serves, Wellington runs paralel to King.
