I'll take US 15 MUC - PHL and connecting to LGA on Friday (Sept 1). Are there any restrictions in handluggage? I know that I must not have any liquids or gels in the bags with me, but are electronic devices like cellphone, MP3 Player and digital camera ok?
Does anyone know if security checks require more time now?

I would allow a little more time to check-in, but electronic devices are OK provided they are checked by the TSA agent at security, who may ask you to turn on such devices at that point.
