Not being an IT person, I am generally patient with IT matters such as the US website. I have noticed a number of changes and improvements since it was unveiled this spring--all for the better.

I have two reservations I have made for the next two weeks. One was made on the website on US metal only. It doesn't show.

Another PHL to ANC I ended up making on Orbitz, since the US website couldn't confirm availablility in paid F and Orbitz could. I later did have to call the CP line to confirm seats on the PHX to ANC legs (couldn't pick seats on mixed intinery), neither shows up on website as future reservations?

Is this something that just hasn't been fixed yet or did I do something wrong? Virtually there shows both reservations.

PS- After these two, I will have only one more flights to make CP, so I will be looking who to build a second elite status with since I assume no rollover this year again. I fly mostly in paid F, A, Z or Y. Other than UA, any suggestions?

I am ABE/PHL based. I would be all ABE based but US now adds $400 for the 55 mile flight to any PHL fare. Tolls, parking and convenience just don't make it reasonable with 2-3 hour connection waits now (used to be $140-218 fare difference under old US with 1-1/2 hour waits, but HP fare rationalization isn't rational) If they did the same as in MCI where they have $59 each way tickets added to MCI fares all the time to their feeder cities there, I would be all ABE.

The same thing has happened to me, including for some reservations for an upcoming trip. As Virtually There shows them, you should be fine when it comes time to check in.

Make sure you have both an e-ticket number and record locator for every ticketed reservation you hold.
