Has anyone ever heard about 12 C & E being reserved for handicapped passengers? According to the Philippines, these seats will be released on the day of departure.

They're usually held for handicaps and travellers with baby carriers since its the only coach room with enough room ahead of it(which isn't saying much) to allow for those things.
