I faxed my info in 10 days ago, I am fleeing AA since BDL is now ERJ's to their two closest hubs, ORD and STL.

I have two flights to book, and no news yet. I even sent in a reminder fax about three days ago.

Should I call? Don't want to be a PITA, but I need to know either way asap.

My wife did one about 2 years ago and it took about two weeks. I recall that they called her to let her know that it had gone through. No idea if that time frame is still relevant after the merger.

Under the old HP regime, my match took a couple of hours after a phone call and fax and my wife's took a couple of days just sending in a Fax.

Took around 3 weeks back in April when I did it...sent in the fax around April 10, heard back around April 30 or so.
