A few weeks ago I found some info on a discounted Bullet Train self guided tour from Tokyo to Kyoto including hotel for about 250,000 yen per person (two nights in Kyoto hotel included).

Now, I am in Tokyo and can't find the info via google.

Does anyone know about this offer? Or have an suggestions for a relatively inexpensive way to see Kyoto from Tokyo?

Fters are amazing. Thanks for the quick responses. This is, indeed, the tour I was thinking about. And, yes, it was 25000 yen, not 250,000. You know how it is trying to keep track of all those little yen when they start running about! :)
