Got e-mail from AZ Canada about new Mille Miglia information. I immediately e-mailed BPs and ticket receipts for some Italy-LCA flights that had not posted to my AF/KL account and they were posted to my MM account overnight. ^

Just got an e-mail from "Sandy" at Alitalia Web Support who cheerfully informed me that the flights I was seeking credit for have already been credited (they haven't). Gosh, thanks.

Replied in my friendliest tone that she was incorrect.

I was just looking for this thread to ask the same thing. I have sent three e-mails without hearing anything back.

I hope the lack of response is not related to the rumored wind-down of the program discussed in this thread (http://flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=691021)...

I would call Alitalia to confirm but I doubt it would enlighten me further and I don't need a headache right now.

Both of the flights (one KL, one CY/AZ codeshare) I gave up on back in June just posted out of the blue!

I made no other request by any means since my last e-mail in June.
