Has anyone used this travel agency in Nagoya or know anything about them?

They're a member of the JATA.
I e-mailed a number of Nagoya area travel agents earlier this week. I got the best "result" from this one but I don't know if it's because they're extra good or because they're shady (telling me what I want to hear to get my business). A personal yay/nay from any members here would be helpful. Thank you.
