I had opened a netbank account for the 8,000 miles promotion (4,000 miles for opening the checking account and 4,000 miles for opening a money market account) and met the criteria for the promotion at the end of April. It was supposed to post to my America West account.

I have had many problems actually getting the miles posted into my account (which has now merged into the dividend miles account) I've sent numerous emails and made several phone calls over the past 2 months to netbank and they say they're researching the issue. They claim the miles were sent end of April but US airways has no record of this.

Any suggestions on how to get the miles to post? In reading through past posts on netbank it seems like delays are common. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
