Not Dividend Miles specific, but I am trying to get in touch with US Air reservations to change the back end of a ticket. I am trying to ring them while in Singapore and none of the 800 type numbers work from there. I was told to call from a cell phone, but don't have one of those either. I sent an e-mail but they haven't replied in nearly a week. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

US 800 numbers are reachable from Singapore, except that these calls are chargeable. I just called Frontier Airline's 800 number about an hour ago.

Did you remember to enter the US country code 1 before the 800 number?

FYI, if you have a paper ticket (for instance an award seat) and are changing the return flight from Singapore (ie on SQ), you'll need to get the paper ticket reissued at the US travel agency in Singapore that can do this. Just changing the reservation in the system isn't enough, even if it's confirmed. I found this out the hard way when I showed up at the airport in Singapore. My paper ticket had not been changed, though the system showed the revised reservation, and they were able to print out a boarding pass. They (SQ) would not let me board until I took a taxi back in to town to have the paper ticket reissued, naturally missing my flight. The travel agency that can print US tickets is not overly efficient nor well-locatd.

Thanks for the info. It is an electronic ticket (LGW-PHL-ISP) for which I am trying to change the return flight date or see if they would give me any type of credit as I won't be flying on it for another 6 months. I flew the first leg in Dec 2005. I would have to check the fare class it was booked under.
