I am going to redeem my KrisFlyer miles on US airways flights from Little Rock, AR (LIT) to Montreal, QC (YUL).

I was just wondering what booking class code that they usually use on the award ticket. When I called the reservation, they told me that it is 'X' class, but X class doesn't show up on the KVS Availability Tool.

Does anybody have a clue?

US hides upgrade and award classes unlike AA.

X class is correct for award travel. If you upgrade an award, say with GoUpgrades, or you upgrade a restricted fare coach ticket, the code E shows on the BP.
