I had received several cash vouchers ($50) to be used on future US flights. I notice that when I make a reservation on line payment must be made then so using the voucher is not possible. I understand that I must personally present the voucher at a US ticket office (or airport) prior to final booking. Can I still make the reservation on line, put it on some kind of hold and then get to the airport ( Im not far from PHL) and present the voucher. I want to be sure that my reservation would show on line and I think that if you make it by phone or in person you can not view it on line. I am an SP if it makes any difference.

To my knowledge, as a CP, there is no way to hold a reservation online. What I do is call, book the reservation, and then take the voucher in person within 24 hours to have the ticket issued. Since this booking type is still done using the Sabre reservation system, you can still view the reservation online at virtuallythere.com.
