Can anyone suggest what time to leave the Falls area for a 15:47 flight to LGA this friday.

I am flying MAN-BOS, BOS-YYZ tomorrow then YYZ-LGA on friday. So am i correct in assuming i will fill a green form and clear customs and immigration at Boston, Then have to clear canadian customs and immigration at Toronto, then clear US customs and immigration at Toronto again. If so do Canada have landing forms and will these be given out on the BOS-YYZ (AA) flight.

I can't comment on clearing customs in BOS (but it sounds right). Apart from that you will clear Canada Customs in Toronto and then clear US Customs also at the Toronto airport on your way back to LGA.

Yes the airlines will hand out customs forms to be filled out prior to landing. Don't worry though if they forget, there are stacks inside the terminal just before you get to the Customs agents desks.

To get to Pearson (YYZ) for your 15:47 flight, you are best being there no later than 14:15 or so. That being said I would leave Niagara between noon and 12:30... yes it is early but if there is an accident on the QEW or 403, you can be there for hours and hours.
