If you are going to Toronto on a non-Holiday weekday, for CAD$8.50/per peron you can ride the public transit (street car, bus, subway) "from the start of service until 5:30am the next day."
If on a Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday use only, the whole family rides for CAD$8.50.

I absolutely agree. I've used this on weekends with my girlfriend just to get around downtown. It pays for itself after around two trips with two people, especially if you would otherwise be paying cash fares.

I'll say it again: why is this product not available at Pearson? Would be an easy sell to budget-conscious tourists. Sometimes I think the TTC wants to go broke.

Last time I took the Rocket bus from YYZ to the Kipling station, I told the bus driver I wanted to buy the TTC Day Pass (knowing that he couldn't sell it to me). I then told him that I plan on purchasing the pass right after I got to the Kipling station (which I did). The driver allowed me to ride the bus for free, so YMMV.
