Flying to Gatwick July 20 business class. First time to London and wondering about flight? Are seat comfortable? How about the food? How long? We are going on cruise leaving out of Southampton on July 21. Hope flight is not cancelled. Any information will be appreciated.

US 94 is a reliable operation. I see that for each day in July so far they have always arrived at Gatwick within 30 minutes of schedule.

How are you getting from Gatwick to Southampton ? There is a train from Gatwick Airport station (inside the south terminal UA Airways use) direct to Southampton, every hour, leaves at 50 mins past the hour, takes about 2 hours.

Thanks for your response. We are taking transfer through Princess. I wish we were taking train!!! But didn't know how to make arrangements for train. I do not like to do cruise transfers, but this time we didn't want to miss cruise out of Southampton.

Well, in case it's useful for next time, the train station is effectively part of the South Terminal, as WHBM says. You just walk across, buy a ticket, go downstairs to the correct platform, get on the train when it arrives and get off at Southampton Central station where there are taxis that will take you the 5-10 minutes to the dock. Really easy.
