Hey All,
For those of you who like to use the Carlson Wagonlit Travel fare bucket tool, have you been having any trouble getting it to work lately? I cant get it to work anymore; I am trying to determine if it is down or if it is just that I need to update my browser or something.

Not working for me either. I hope it's a temporary situation. There's a notice on the web page now about some people having a problem with it.
Try http://www.tandt.com You can configure a profile to show the fare buckets and return only US & HP flight results.

There is now a note on the screen in red saying there have been problems. There is a link to click on to use other tools.

While using the ITA tool (http://matrix.itasoftware.com/cvg/dispatch/prego), I have had some bizarre routings and fares come up when typing destinations. e.g. When trying RDU-CVG o/w on US+, it wanted me to double- or triple-connect for $718 minimum. However, when forcing it to take me RDU-CVG US CLT US, I got it down to $463 with only the one stop.
This is just one example of a few times things like this have happened. :confused:

We'd love to look into these issues when you run across them. Just click on the "comments" link at the top of the page when you're looking at the booking details, and write us a quick note.

That is something I will get better about doing in the future to help you all out--I have reported a couple of things in the past, and appreciated how someone always got back to me. It's a great tool ^
